A fun, social camping weekend is being "planned" for the weekend of 4 to 6th October at Fintry Provincial Park for NORAC members. Spouses, partners, etc. welcome.
Extremely loose organization is being planned by Ritchie VA7RLX. The plan is to show up, camp, socialize, do whatever interests you and maybe even do a bit of portable radio as well! That is the extent of the organization, please don't expect more to be laid on. Ritchie and Rose are checking in on the evening of Friday 4 October and leaving again on Sunday October 6th unless the weather is absolutely amazing and we decide to stay on.
Group sites are not available so each attendee is responsible for booking their own site through the BC Parks reservation service. Reach out to Ritchie by email for info on which loop and which area of sites we are congregating in.
Fintry has a dump station, drinking water, flush toilets and showers but like most BC provincial parks there are no services in the campsites. Plan accordingly.
