Regular Membership (single, one vote, one year)
 ** Less $10 if a member of RAC, net $45 (must provide RAC membership number)

Family Membership (each additional family member, one vote, one year)  +$15/ea
Associate Member (single, non voting, one year)  $30

 

Donations

We are always accepting of donations to the club. These funds are 100% put to use in maintaining our repeater network, paying club expenses and growing the club.

As well, if you have a specific club project in mind to sponsor, please contact the club president to discuss your plan.

 

What to include with your payment

  • Your full name and amateur callsign
  • For family memberships please include the same info for the additional family members you are including
  • If you are a Radio Amateurs of Canada (RAC) member and taking the dual-membership discount, you must include your RAC membership number
  • If you are a new member or registering for a Radio Course please include additional information like your mailing address, email address, preferred phone number, etc... so we my contact you.

At club events (meetings, breakfasts, etc...) the current club president and/or treasurer will also accept membership cheques as long as the additional appropriate information is included (name and callsign, etc...). But really, please just use e-Transfer and save our treasurer a lot of time so he can get on the air and play radio instead.

 

Stuff To Note

The NORAC membership year goes from November to November. The deadline for membership fees is January. Members who have not renewed by then will be removed from the club roster.  We encourage you to renew earlier.

Only a NORAC member in good standing may receive official NORAC mailings.

Only full members and registered family members of full members may vote at meetings or stand for election as executives of NORAC.

Applications for new membership are subject to a vote of approval at a club meeting.
