NORAC members and other people started noticing output transmit power problems with VE7RSS on Silver Star over a week ago.
After the Thursday club meeting, a few people realized that no one had notified Jesse of the issue.
Jesse was contacted and the backup 30watt PA was put into action with remote control codes. The resolution took less than 24 hours.
Again we remind everyone that talking about the issue between each other, is not an effective method of communicating it to our volunteer technician Jesse. He works out of Kelowna and lives there as well. If we need service, he needs to be contacted by email ASAP.
