The NORAC Field Day is planned for June 22nd,23rd at the O'Keefe Ranch outside of Vernon and the club is still looking for any and all volunteers to assist that weekend in any way they are comfortable with.
A test for Field Day is planned for next Sunday June 9th. We will be setting up gear, testing radios, and getting the bugs out of the system before the actual Field Day weekend. The club is still looking for any and all volunteers to assist.
Our "neigbours to the north" SARC have received all the required persmissions to activate Copper Island on the Shuswap Lakes. The activation should occur in September with more details to follow.
