NORAC has been helping out with organizing the Vernon Winter Carnival Parade for many many many years. This year will be no different - club members will be out in smart looking vests with radios ready to stage the floats and ensure they enter the parade route in the assigned order.
Coordination efforts will likely start around 8 AM and conclude around 1 PM once the parade has fully kicked off.
